The EU Deforestation Regulation (EUDR) will apply from December 30, 2024. Companies that do business in the EU will be required to fulfil a number of due diligence obligations to ensure their products are deforestation-free when they place relevant commodities or products on the EU market or make them available as part of a commercial activity.
